The use of a composition (A) comprising serotonin and/or noradrenaline re-uptake inhibitor(s) (I) and beta -3 adrenoceptor agonist(s) (II) (both optionally in salt form) is claimed in the production of medicaments for treating bladder dysfunction (or associated CNS disorders) in mammals, where (I) are selected from duloxetine (Ia), tandamine, pirandamine, ciclazindol, fluparoxan, lortalamine, talsupram, talopram, nomifensine, viloxazine, tomoxetine, venlafaxine, milnacipran and/or reboxetine. An independent claim is included for compositions (A') (with no restriction on uses) comprising (Ia) (or its salt) and (II). ACTIVITY : Uropathic.
