1,037,701. Harrows. J. GIJZENBERG. April 8, 1964 [April 11, 1963], No. 14535/64. Heading A1B. A harrow comprises a number of beams pivoted on a frame 7 which is attached to a tractor lift linkage. The beams 6, 7, 8, 9 decrease in length rearwardly so that the sum total of the length of each beam and the double value of its amplitude is constant for each beam. Beams 7, 9 are pivoted on short members 2 which are pivoted on the front members of the frame 7 and beams 6, 8 are pivoted on members 3 which are also pivoted on the front member of frame 7. The members 2, 3 are oscillated by separate driving rods 12, 13 which are rotatably secured to eccentrically disposed pins 14, 15 on driving wheels 16, 17. The length of the tines on the beams decreases rearwardly. Adjustable skids 26 determine the depth of working.
|
