Coating process

摘要

Profiled structure of steel sheet is fogged with metal powder in a treatment chamber. The metal powder is made to electrostatically deposit across the surface of the profiled structure. The profiled structure is subjected to heat treatment for forming metallic coating by carrying out diffusion process between the steel sheet and metal power and cooling the profiled structure. Thus, the metallic coating is applied on steel sheet.
