The shoe has a gaiter (20) integrated to an upper and including a bellows tongue (22) along its upper edge. A strap (30) housed slidingly inside the bellows tongue and includes an end integrated to the bellows tongue and a free end (32) traversing a passage slit (24) formed in the bellows tongue. The strap has an anchorage band (37) complementary to a self gripper (27) disposed on an outer side of the bellows tongue.
