PURPOSE: Provided are a catalyst for reducing nitrogen oxides and a device for treating nitrogen oxides to treat the nitrogen oxides contained in the exhaust gas discharged during a combustion process of stationary and mobile sources. CONSTITUTION: The catalyst for reducing nitrogen oxides is characterized in that Ag is supported by alumina carrier. The device comprises a pipe (2) where exhaust gas is flown, at least one nozzle (8) connected to the pipe to spray air and reducing agents to the inflown exhaust gas, a reactor (4) having at least one catalytic layer (10) for reducing nitrogen oxides existent in the reducing agent sprayed exhaust gas. a storage tank (14) storing the reducing agents sprayed from the nozzle, an injection pump (12) connected between the storage tank and the nozzle to transfer the reducing agents stored in the storage tank to the nozzle and an outlet (6) connected to the nozzle and discharge the exhaust gas treated by passing through the air pump and the catalytic layer. |
