The invention relates to biologically active molecules, interacting with thrombin and inhibiting the same. The invention particularly relates to molecules of general formula:Y¹-(NH-X¹-C-O)-(NH-X²-C-C)-(NH-X³-C-O)NH-X⁴-C-O)-(NH-X⁵-C-O)-(NH-X⁶-C-O)-Y², in which Y¹, Y², and X^1-6 have the meanings given in the description, N or C-terminal shortened variants of said compounds and the use thereof for the production of medicaments.
