A box assembly for a pick-up truck which is designed to reduce the weig ht and to increase the storage space. The means for securely assembling the box structure to a pick-up truck comprises a plurality of bar members fitting with a plurality of frame members, and which the box structure is fixed to a floor. A body member is mounted at the rear section of the box structure. A pair of wheel wells is mounted to the box structure by means of bar members. And finally, a pair of panel window is mounted to the rear section of a finishing body being securely engaged thereon the box structure of the pick-up truck.
