The water feed conduit (5), the filling vessel (1) and the water source (3) are all interconnected via a communicating pipe (2), the water level being controlled by regulating valves (11,12). To the upper part of the filling vessel an ejector (6) is connected, which via a suction conduit (8) is connected to a container filled with fluid containing water-soluble sodium chloride salt, medicine, food additive. In the bottom of the water source is an eddy-building nozzle. At least some part of the device incorporates a heat-emitting unit. The conduit supplying the device with water is provided with a flowmeter.
