The device has safety units apt to collect wastes confined in a package comprising an identification tag of the wastes. The tag has data under bar code form for identifying the user during the deposit of the packed wastes in the collection unit. The collection unit has a bar code reader for reading the bar code and sending the data to an automatic processing unit in order to process the identification data with respect to the user.
