The device has a light source (3), a light flow reflecting system (4) and a fixing unit (5), present inside an envelope (2). The light source is formed of a row of lighting units (7) that is chosen in a group constituted by light tubes, bulbs, LEDs or optical fibers. The fixing unit fixes the envelope to a rigid carrier support. A slot type access unit to access another light source (6) is placed on surface of the envelope. An independent claim is also included for an application of a controlled gaseous phase and luminous flow diffusing device for air conditioning and lighting an industrial plant or business premise having permanent or temporary installation character.
