The flange has, at a free edge of a heel (3), a wing (6) forming a flat support surface for longitudinal end portions of an undersurface (4) of a frame. A groove (7) is arranged in an upper side of the heel and forms the housing for a locking piece (8). The piece moves between inactive and active positions in which it is entirely situated inside and outside the groove without exceeding and exceeding the free edge, respectively. An independent claim is also included for a roller blind frame comprising flange.
