<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noncontact IC card such that one card is usable for a wide range of applications. <P>SOLUTION: The noncontact IC card 1 includes a first data sending/receiving part 5A having a first IC chip 3A and a first looped antenna coil 4A for sending and receiving an electric signal to and from a semiconductor memory 10a, the electric signal resulting from modulation of data to be read and written; a second data sending/receiving part 5B having a second IC chip 3B and a second looped antenna coil 4B for sending and receiving an electric signal to and from a semiconductor memory 10b, the electric signal resulting from modulation of data to be read and written; and a switch part 8 having a conducting part 13. Connection ends 20, 30 are formed in the antenna coils 4A, 4B.
