<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for mounting component and its system which can improve the board production efficiency by reducing the number of works for setting the data about components remaining in a feeder to be used, even if a board to be produced is changed in mounting components according to a plurality of production programs. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of production program data are clustered in order to avoid the replacement of the feeder even if the production program data on the board is changed over in the same cluster (S4). When the production program data are changed over in the same cluster, the data about the components remaining in the feeder used in the production program data before changing over are used (S7). Due to this structure, the number of works can be reduced for setting the data about the components remaining in the feeder used again, resulting in the improvement of the board production efficiency. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
