<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a subscriber loop remote control apparatus capable of transmitting VLAN packet among communication terminals without imposing load on a router. <P>SOLUTION: The subscriber loop remote control apparatus 203 is provided with a virtual interface table 283 for associating a subscriber premises terminal identifier individually assigned to a subscriber premises terminal connected through a communication cable to a port assigned to every packet of each group which constitutes a VLAN with the port number of the port to store and manage them. When receiving a packet, the subscriber loop remote control apparatus 203 determines whether or not a subscriber premises terminal identifier contained in the packet is stored and managed in the virtual interface table 238.
