摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an optical film showing a quick drying speed and capable of reducing the amount of residual solvent, and also the optical film excellent in optical characteristics and having a positive wavelength dependence by stretching it. SOLUTION: This method for producing the optical film is characterized by using a thermoplastic resin composition containing (A) a cyclic olefin-based polymer, (B) a vinyl-based polymer having an acid anhydride group and (C)≥2 kinds of organic solvents having <110°C boiling points and forming the film by a solution-casting method, and the optical film obtained by using the method of production is also provided.
