PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing fine organic sheet-shaped particles from a crystalline polyester particles in a good efficiency. SOLUTION: This method for producing the organic sheet-shaped particles having 0.1-1,000μm mean particle diameter comprises a process of holding the crystalline polyester particles having≤1,000μm mean particle diameter in sub-critical or super-critical state fluid.
