PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the diameter of a vibration-proofing bushing by alleviating increase in surface pressure when a pin is tilted. SOLUTION: The vibration-proofing bushing comprises an elastic rubber 13 arranged between an outer tube 11 and outer tube 12 and the pin 14 passed through the inner tube 11 and fitted into the inner tube 11, and the elastic rubber 13 has inclined faces which form a wall which is thickest at around the center in the axial direction and becomes gradually thinner toward the outer side.
