PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blower using a multiblade fan, capable of improving productivity, and capable of reducing cost, by improving durability by preventing failure by preventing intrusion of dust into the motor inside. SOLUTION: In this blower having an outer rotor type brushless DC motor, the motor M is formed by arranging a ring-shaped stator 10 inside a cover 15; a shaft 24 is rotatably arranged on the inner peripheral side of the stator 10 via a bearing 13; a substantially cup-shaped rotor 20 is installed on the shaft 24; a magnet 22 is installed on the inner peripheral surface side of the cup-shaped rotor 20; and the multiblade fan 30 is installed in a yoke 21 of the cup-shaped rotor 20 oppositely to the outer peripheral side of the stator 10. The cover 15 covers a part except for the yoke 21 of the cup-shaped rotor 20, and a plurality of air suction holes 32 are arranged on the circumference on the inner peripheral side of blades 31 on a base board 34 arranged with a large number of blades 31 of the multiblade fan 30.
