PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform work of fixing foundation receiving plates to a top end of a continuous footing or a lower face of a sill. SOLUTION: In this construction method of a foundation, when arranging a plurality of plate-like foundation receiving plates A at the top end 10a of the continuous footing 10 and installing the sill 13 on upper adhesive faces 1 of the foundation receiving plates A to construct the foundation, construction is performed with a foam adhesive stuck at least between the top end 10a of the continuous footing 10 and lower adhesive faces 2 of the foundation receiving plates A or between the upper adhesive faces 1 of the foundation receiving plates A and the lower face of the sill 13.
