PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an epoxy-based curable resin composition for rust preventing coating of a pre-stressed concrete tendon. SOLUTION: The curable resin composition for coating the pre-stressed concrete tendon is composed of an epoxy resin-based curable resin composition used by coating the pre-stressed concrete tendon. The epoxy resin is an epoxy-modified oxidation-curable type resin modified with an unsaturated fatty acid. The curable resin composition for coating the pre-stressed concrete tendon comprises a basic pH adjustor such as a salt composed of a weak acid and a strong base, an alkali metal or an alkaline earth metal hydroxide or an alkaline earth metal oxide for maintaining the epoxy-modified oxidation-curable type resin within a basic range of pH 7.5-8.5. Thereby, the surface of the tendon is stably kept at basicity with time and a passive state is formed on the surface for a tendon made of a steel material. As a result, corrosion does not proceed.
