PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continue a luminescence for a prolonged term without damaging the characteristics of the luminescence at a time when an electricity is conducted through the organic or organic substance section of an organic EL, and to develop an element regarding the luminescence because it is important that the element is developed for realizing the continuation of the luminescence. SOLUTION: Palladium or the element containing palladium is used for the element solving the problem. Since an effect on the mutual organic or organic substance section and element is reduced extremely, the luminescence is continued for the prolonged term without damaging the characteristics of the organic or organic substance.
