The method of the invention includes the steps as follows. The caller party and called party both are linked with the Internet and obtain their own IP address. The caller party dials the called party telephone number, binds the called telephone number etc and the IP address of its IP telephone together, and transmits them to the called party under the control of the controller. After the called party receives the data, analyzes the received data and splits the caller party IP address, binds the other information for establishing the telephone links and IP address of the called party, and transmits them to the caller party under the control of the controller. After the caller party receives the information, the two parties establish the point to point connection through Internet based on the IP address.
