<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a snap function of realizing smooth movement of an object without deteriorating operability. <P>SOLUTION: The object editing system has an arranging means for arranging the object and an adsorption object in a predetermined display area, a moving means for moving the object in the display area, an adsorbing means for adsorbing the object to the adsorption object on the basis of a distance between the object and the adsorption object, and a limiting means for preventing adsorption of the object to the adsorption object on the basis of an advancing direction of the object.
