<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress deterioration of reliability due to corrosion or the like, and to suppress connection resistance (contact resistance) between respective layers by making the electrode structure into a multilayer in. <P>SOLUTION: A connection terminal portion T has a structure formed, by laminating two or more conductor layers (a first conductor layer 2 and a second conductor layer 3), where the area of the laminated structure portion is enlarged. For example, the area of the laminated structure portion is made to be twice or larger than the contact area of a bump B to be connected on the connection terminal portion T.
