PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate wire connecting work and reduce the connecting structure of a winding in size. SOLUTION: In this winding connecting structure, connecting bars 7a to 9a of annular phase-bar conductor 7 to 9 are connected to winding-starting ends 2a of phase windings 2 wound to magnetic poles 1a of a stator core 1 via pressure-welded sleeves 12, connecting bars 6a of neutral-point bar conductors 6 are connected to the winding-termination ends 2b of the phase windings 2 via the pressure-welded sleeves 12, phase terminals 7b to 9b are formed so as to protrude from the phase-bar conductors 7 to 9, and the phase-bar conductors 7 to 9 are axially laminated with pieces of insulating paper 10 in-between, thus forming a molded body 10 by molding a molding material.
