PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a wristwatch type GPS mobile telephone that enables a child to call his parent through easy operation so that the parent makes sure of child's safe, and also dial an arbitrary telephone number. SOLUTION: The wristwatch type GPS mobile telephone for child with two buttons is so constituted that the parent can be called by two operations, a person registered in a telephone directory can be called through a small number of operations, and an arbitrary subscriber can also be called by structurally/systematically/unitedly combining internal states S0, S1, and S2 and events D1, D2, U1, U2, and T3.
