PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for manufacturing a bonded substrate, the system that can perform alignment of substrates with high accuracy. SOLUTION: An inspection device 35 measures misalignment (misalignment direction and misalignment amount) between substrates W1, W2 of a carried liquid crystal panel and outputs the measured values to a controller 31. The controller 31 corrects the alignment of a pressing device 36, based on the inspection result of the inspection device 35. In other words, the substrates W1, W2 of a liquid crystal panel, having a cured sealing material are preliminarily located offset from each other according to the detected misalignment amount in a direction opposite to the detected misalignment direction, which cancels the misalignment in a liquid crystal panel to be subsequently manufactured.
