PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reference voltage selection device to eliminate or minimize the errors between the actual brightness and the standard brightness of a display, a source driver, and a display device using it. SOLUTION: This reference voltage selection device is suitable for a display device and has a digital/analogue converter having many input terminals and is suitable to give a display voltage determined in advance to the display. The above reference voltage selection device has a reference voltage selector. Receiving many fundamental reference voltages, it selects the relations between the above many basic reference voltages and the above many input terminals to reduce the errors between the above display voltage and the standard voltage determined in advance.
