PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fatigue testing device capable of vibrating easily a specimen in the running direction of a truck and in the vertical direction. SOLUTION: The specimen 1 is supported on the truck 4 runnable on a reference plane 3a by wheels 13 in contact with the reference plane 3a. A projection 7 capable of vibrating the truck 4 in the vertical direction in contact with the wheel 13 at the running time of the truck 4 is provided on the reference plane 3a. The truck 4 is reciprocated repeatedly in the running direction by a vibration means 6, and hereby the wheel 13 runs onto the projection 7 and drops therefrom, to thereby vibrate easily the specimen 1 in the running direction of the truck 4 and in the vertical direction.
