PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integrated intercooler capable of dispensing with brazing of both of a partitioning plate 5 and core plates 3a, 3b by forming a clearance among them and preventing circulating medium in a first heat exchanger 1 and circulating medium in a second heat exchanger 2 from circulating in large quantity through the clearance. SOLUTION: The partitioning plate 5 is integrally formed in tanks 4a, 4b, and its lower end part 5a is provided in a condition in which it is overlapped on tip parts 1d, 2d of a first tube 1a or a second tube 2a and it has a predetermined clearance W1 among the core plates 3a, 3b and it to form a labyrinth structure X.
