PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slimmed valve of a simple structure capable of performing operation rotating a stem smoothly and surely even under environment where earth and sand or the like exists in surroundings. SOLUTION: The valve is provided with a second opening 22 having a rod body 61 of the stem 6 pass through on an inner circumference surface facing a ball chamber 13 of a main body part 12, and an annular recess part 18 is provided around the second opening 22. A stopper part 19 of a trapezoidal shape in a plan view is provided on a suitable position in a circumference direction of a fitting recess part 18 in a style that an upper bottom part thereof is projected in the fitting recess part 18. When a rotation limitation part 65 is rotated in a regular and a reverse direction together with the stem 6 and one side edge part or another side edge part of an edge surface of the rotation limitation part 65 abuts on the stopper part 19, rotation of the stem 6 is blocked.
