The pylon board comprises a fixed pylon (2) with guide (21) for a vertically mounted board face (3) which has a guide element eg a roller (31) running in the guide between a lower and upper position. When in the upper position the board face (3) is inclined relative to the longitudinal axis of the pylon. The guide preferably runs at least partially curved. Independent claims are also included for: (1) swivel board with a board face swivelling between a lower and an upper position by a swivel arm (2) a board system with height adjustable board whose board face can swivel between an upper and lower position about a rotational axis spaced from the board in the viewing direction.
