An edge bolt for the top and/or bottom edge of the door is operated by a control shaft set into a guide fitted to the inside surface of the door. The bolt is set into the door and is operated via a bent section of the control shaft. This ensures that the bolt can operate through a hole in the height adjustable draught sealing strip without having a gap in the seal. The bolt is rounded or elliptical in cross section and has a height control adjustment by having its top end threaded into the bent end of the control shaft.
