<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable transmission apparatus and a portable communication apparatus capable of notifying a user of whether transmission is enabled while avoiding, as much as possible, useless power consumption even in a portable apparatus limited in available power capacity. <P>SOLUTION: The portable transmission apparatus comprises: transmission sections (31-33) for performing transmission processing using radio signals; an internal clock 24a for measuring the present time; a RAM 30 for storing a transmission prohibition time; and a CPU 24 which stops processing operation in the transmission sections (31-33) if it is detected that the time measured by the internal clock 24a is the transmission prohibition time, and cancels the stop of the processing operation in the transmission sections (31-33) when it is detected during the stop that the time measured by the internal clock 24a is not the transmission prohibition time. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
