<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an illuminating device for a Buddhist apparatus in which the whole Buddhist image can be illuminated as much as possible even if it is arranged inside a royal palace, and, moreover, even if it is colored golden, the color of the Buddhist image looks beautiful. <P>SOLUTION: A lamp 4 of a straight tube with slightly shorter than the linear dimension of a reflector 2 is detachably supported separately at a predetermined distance from the back 2a, and detachably supported by a plurality of supporting members 11 which stand separately at a distance in the longitudinal direction at the back 2a of the reflector 2 in the region surrounded by the reflector 2. This lamp 4 has a cylindrical enclosed object 5.
