PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an abnormality monitoring device easily available by anyone in a public parking lot or the like, while providing high safety to theft or the like without needing an exclusive release key or password. SOLUTION: This abnormality monitoring device for monitoring abnormality of a vehicle in a parking space comprises a pressure measuring means arranged on a floor surface of the parking space, which measures a pressure placed on a measuring face constituting at least a part of the floor surface; an input means for inputting a personal ID of a user of this parking space; a storage means storing the personal ID; and an abnormality monitoring means monitoring change of a pressure measured value measured by the pressure measuring means in a condition that the personal ID is stored in the storage means.
