摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method in which a laminate containing a luminous organic compound in the same element has regions having different film thicknesses and an electric field can be evenly applied in all the regions of the element regardless of the film thicknesses of the laminate containing the luminous organic compound. SOLUTION: A laser element has a laminate containing a luminous organic compound between two electrodes. The laminate has a mixture layer of a metallic oxide and an organic compound having a film thickness distribution. In the laser element, when a voltage is applied between the electrodes to feed a current therebetween, light with different wavelengths is emited for each region of the mixture layer of the metallic oxide and the organic compound having different film thicknesses.
