It is possible to provide a mobile telephone terminal for facilitating use of broadcast data received. A reproduction unit (11) reproduces video data, audio data, character information, and other data which are inputted from a broadcast reception unit (10). A display unit (12) is formed by a liquid crystal display for displaying the reproduced video data, audio data, and other data. A resource information extraction unit (13) extracts URL (Uniform Resource Locator) and associated character data from the character data received by the broadcast reception unit (10). The resource information includes explanation on the URL and resource. Electronic mail creation means (14) creates an electronic mail message including a destination, a title, and a text. The message is created so that the resource information extracted by the resource information extraction unit (13) is contained in the text. An electronic mail transmission/reception unit (15) transmits and receives an electronic mail message via a radio communication unit. |
