STABILIZED HUMAN IgG1 AND IgG3 ANTIBODIES

An IgG heavy chain having at least the substitution of F at position 300 for Y, V at position 309 for L or T at position 339 for A in the constant region of a human IgG2 heavy chain; an IgG heavy chain having at least the substitution of N at position 392 for K or M at position 397 for V in the constant region of a human IgG3 wherein the amino acid numbering is made according to the EU index as in Kabat; and monoclonal antibodies having these heavy chains. It is possible to to produce highly stable variants of human antibodies IgG2 and IgG3 subclasses.
