<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a result of printing which is different from an intention of a user from being outputted when a part of image files and character files can not be printed by a certain reason when a plurality of the image files and the character data files are laid out and printed. <P>SOLUTION: A printing apparatus having a function which lays out and prints a plurality of the image data or the character data on a printing medium, is equipped with a judging part for judging whether a plurality of the image data or the character data can be printed, and a switching part for switching that remaining data except the image data or the character data whose printing is judged impossible are printed on a printing medium or that printing of the whole data on the printing medium is canceled, when it is judged that at least a part of a plurality of the image data or the character data can not be printed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
