PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a balancer capable of compensating unbalance in the weight distribution around a rotational axis of a rotary body and suppressing vibration caused by an impact effectively with low cost and a simple structure. SOLUTION: A weight 4 held by a weight holder 3 has a pressed face 4b' pressed against a guide face 12a provided in the peripheral direction of rotation in the weight holder 3 by centrifugal force due to rotation of the rotary body. When the rotary body rotates, the weight 4 pressed against the guide face 12a through the pressed face 4b' is arranged at a position for suppressing swinging-around of the rotary body by changing a position in the peripheral direction of rotation for the rotary body. The guide face 12a and the pressed face 4b' are inclined for the direction of rotational axis toward the outside in the radial direction of rotation as advancing toward one direction of directions of rotational axis.
