PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the operability of binding documents using a binder. SOLUTION: This ball binder is configured of a ball disposed between two boards for sandwiching a document so that it can be inserted between one of the boards and the ball. In addition, the other board is so formed as to have a tilt vertically or both boards and a part for receiving the ball are so formed as to have a tilt or a gradient. Thus the document can be inserted from an insertion aperture in the way that the ball is lifted to allow the insertion of the document. Then the ball automatically descends by its own weight and is pushed toward the document by the tilt formed in the other board to bind the former.
