PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filtration cleaning apparatus capable of reducing the remaining number of microorganism such as bacteria particularly remaining in treatment water. SOLUTION: In order to solve the problem, the bacteria in raw water is efficiently sterilized by UV ray and a chemical in a pre-treatment process, the remaining number of the bacteria in the treatment water is outstandingly reduced and the plankton and the organic substance becoming nutrition of the bacteria are subjected to coagulation filtration treatment to reduce the remaining of them in the treatment water.
