The system has a covering plate (1) with an illuminant (3), and a conductor board (2) fixed to a bottom of the covering plate, where the board has height less than specific millimeter. The fixed conductor board carries the illuminant and protrudes above an edge of the covering plate. The covering plate is slightly electro conductive substances, and is tiles and flagstones that are covered on a side with a water-repellent glaze.
