<p>It is possible to realize an X-ray detection technique having a wide dynamic range while suppressing lowering of the S/N attributed to an external noise even when it is difficult to cut off an electromagnetic noise and to provide an X-ray imaging device using the technique. According to an electromagnetic noise signal measured by reference detectors (10A, 10B), an electromagnetic noise signal mixed in a detection signal of an X-ray detector (2) is estimated by the least square method and the S/N lowering by the electromagnetic noise is reduced by a noise removal calculation.</p> |
