FIELD: building, particularly roof construction and repair. ^ SUBSTANCE: system comprises vapor sealing means, heat insulation, screed with through orifices, vent channels, vent pipe arranged in heat insulation and provided with perforated section and roof covering. Strips made of synthetic material are laid on screed so that the strips are directed in transversal directions. Then roof covering is adhered to the strips. Strips close through orifices. Water-proofing covering is not adhered in strip laying area to create vent channels communicated with vent pipe.
