PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power control circuit and a vehicle wherein a surge voltage is reduced. SOLUTION: A current control circuit 11 includes: IGBT devices GA, GB and GC and resistance elements RA, RB and RC. The IGBT devices are connected in parallel between a node N1 and a node N2 and control currents passed between the nodes N1 and N2 according to signals supplied to their control electrodes. The resistance elements are connected between a common input node at which they are supplied with control signals and the control electrodes of the IGBT devices GA, GB and GC, and have resistance values different from one another. It is preferable that each of the resistors RA to RC should have a resistance value determined in correspondence with cooling characteristics of the connected IGBT devices GA to GC as current controlling elements. The IGBT device GA is superior in cooling characteristics to the IGBT device GC, and the resistor RA connected to the IGBT device GA is higher in resistance value than the resistor RC connected to the IGBT device GC.
