PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moving video distributing system in which recording contents can be immediately viewed and listened as soon as the video tape recording is completed. SOLUTION: A moving video recording device with a reserved recording function is provided with a means which selects a corresponding format of a reproduction side based on registered user information beforehand, a means to upload the moving video data in the format to a server, and a means which creates an electronic mail including a URL of the uploaded moving video data, and transmits to a registered mail address beforehand as a reserved recording completion notice. In a terminating device side, it is possible to view and listen the moving video using the URL included in the electronic mail immediately after receiving the electronic mail.
