PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric oscillation circuit for making an oscillation-invalidating critical frequency higher than a conventional manner. SOLUTION: This piezoelectric oscillation circuit comprises: a piezoelectric oscillator; an amplifying connected between both the ends of the piezoelectric oscillator, and equipped with a first inverting amplifier, a second inverting amplifier and a third inverting amplifier respectively installed at the front stage, middle stage and rear stage, a first feedback resistor Rf installed between the input edge of the first inverting amplifier and the output edge of the third inverting amplifier and a second feedback resistor installed between the input edge and output edge of the second inverting amplifier; a first capacitive reactance element installed between the input edge and fixed potential of the first inverting amplifier of the amplifying part; and a second capacitive reactance element installed between the output edge and fixed potential of the third inverting amplifier of the amplifying part.
