PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a loudspeaker which has improved bonding constitution of a sphenoid suspension and a voice coil bobbin so that the overall height of loudspeaker is reduced and which therefore is made thin and is easily assembled. SOLUTION: The loudspeaker 1 is constituted in such a way that the sphenoid suspension 10 is used in which an engagement portion 12 capable of being engaged with the voice coil bobbin 6 is formed at a peripheral edge part of a voice coil bobbin reception portion 11 of a resin-made suspension body constituted by connecting an inner peripheral part where the coil bobbin reception portion 11 is formed to an outer peripheral part by a plurality of movable arms, and a voice coil 5 wound around the voice coil bobbin 6 is held in a magnetic gap G.
